Cookie Policy
The short version: Horde Shift's website currently uses only strictly necessary technical storage. There are no analytics or advertising trackers running on the site.
1. Current setup
The website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, cross-site profiling pixels or optional tracking SDKs. No optional tracker is loaded simply because you visit the site.
Under EU/Italian rules, consent is generally not required for strictly necessary technical cookies. For that reason, this site does not present a fake “accept all” choice for trackers that do not exist. Instead, the first-visit notice explains the actual setup.

This cookie does not contain a user identifier, advertising ID or browsing history. Its value is only a version marker for the notice.
3. Hosting and security technology
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Depending on security features enabled at Cloudflare level, Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms, including technical cookies, to distinguish legitimate traffic from abusive or automated traffic. These are not enabled by this site's code for advertising or analytics purposes.

4. Local storage and similar technologies
The current site code does not use localStorage or sessionStorage to profile visitors or remember submitted ideas. A newly submitted idea may appear in the board for the current page session in memory only; it is not persisted in the browser after reload.
5. If analytics or advertising are added later
If a future version introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or profiling technologies for which consent is required, those technologies must remain off by default until the visitor makes an explicit choice. The interface must provide an equally accessible way to refuse, accept or customize relevant categories, and the choice must remain changeable later.
6. Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the technical notice cookie will not stop access to the site, but the privacy notice may be shown again because the site can no longer remember that it was dismissed.

Il cookie di prima parte hs_privacy_notice serve esclusivamente a ricordare che l'utente ha già visualizzato l'avviso privacy/cookie. Dura 180 giorni e contiene soltanto un indicatore di versione, non un identificativo pubblicitario o una cronologia di navigazione.
2. Perché non compare “Accetta tutti”
Poiché il sito non usa attualmente strumenti di tracciamento non necessari, non viene chiesto un consenso fittizio per cookie che non esistono. La normativa italiana esenta dall'obbligo di consenso i cookie strettamente tecnici, fermo restando l'obbligo di informativa.
3. Cloudflare
Cloudflare eroga e protegge il sito e, in base alle funzioni di sicurezza attive, può utilizzare strumenti tecnici strettamente necessari per contrastare traffico abusivo o automatizzato. Tali strumenti non sono usati dal codice del sito per pubblicità o analisi.
4. Modifiche future
Se in futuro verranno introdotti analytics, pubblicità o altri tracker non necessari soggetti a consenso, dovranno essere disattivati per impostazione predefinita fino a una scelta esplicita dell'utente e saranno aggiunti comandi equivalenti per rifiutare, accettare o personalizzare le categorie applicabili.
