1. Who controls the data

The controller for personal data processed through this website is Arcline Studio. Privacy requests can be sent to Arclinestudis101@gmail.com.

This website policy does not replace the separate Horde Shift game privacy policy, which covers the Android app and its SDKs.

2. What data is processed

Website delivery and security

When you visit the site, normal network and security data may be processed, including IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser/device information, HTTP headers and technical security/routing information. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain availability and protect it from abuse.

No website analytics or advertising profiles

The website currently does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising SDKs or other optional analytics/marketing trackers. Fonts are requested through the site's own Cloudflare endpoint instead of directly from Google Fonts. The latest Google Play release notes are also fetched server-to-server; that feature does not send a visitor's browser data to Google Play.

3. Ideas and feedback form

If you choose to send an idea, the site processes the suggestion title, category and message. Name and email address are optional. If you provide an email address, it may be used to reply to the submission. Please do not place health information, passwords, payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information in the free-text field.

The browser sends the form to a same-origin Horde Shift endpoint. The server validates it and forwards the content through FormSubmit to the Arcline Studio inbox. This design avoids a direct browser request to FormSubmit when the form is submitted.

The purpose is to receive, review and, where appropriate, answer voluntary feedback about Horde Shift. The legal basis is Arcline Studio's legitimate interest in operating and improving the game and responding to messages voluntarily sent to it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), together with any processing necessary to take steps requested by the sender where applicable. Form submissions are not added to a marketing list and are not sold.

Submission messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the suggestion, respond where relevant, maintain appropriate business/security records, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted as part of periodic mailbox housekeeping.

4. Service providers and recipients

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process limited connection and security data on Arcline Studio's behalf. FormSubmit is used to forward the content of the ideas form. The studio's email service provider processes messages delivered to the studio inbox. These providers may process data in countries outside the EEA; where GDPR transfer rules apply, transfers are handled under the safeguards and legal mechanisms made available by the relevant provider.

5. Cookies and device storage

The site currently uses only technical storage needed for the privacy notice and may rely on strictly necessary security technology supplied by Cloudflare. It does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.

6. Children

This website does not ask for age and is not designed to collect personal data from children. If local law requires parental or guardian involvement for a minor to submit personal data, the form should be used only with that involvement. Arcline Studio does not knowingly request special-category data from children through the website.

7. Automated decisions

Website visitors and form senders are not subject to solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Your privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive data in a portable format where the legal requirements for that right are met. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes to tracking practices will also trigger an update to the site's privacy/cookie controls.
